Log In to Your Client Portal:

  • Remember: once logged in, click on the Secure File Exchange icon in the center of your screen to enter your Secure Portal. 

  • In addition to downloading your organizer and return, you can upload scanned copies of your documents to us.  We receive an automatic notification for each document you upload.

  • Tip: Your User Name = email address

  • Tip: Your Password = whatever you chose when you established your portal last year

Forget your Portal Password?:

  • Click through to the Portal Home page

  • On the LOWER LEFT CORNER of the log in screen, you will see the link for "Forget your password"

  • Click on this link - it will walk you through the process of getting a new temporary password

  • Once you have logged in with your temporary password, you can change your password to something you can easily remember by going to: MY ACCOUNT on the upper right toolbar

  • PLEASE NOTE: Our staff can't reset or access your original password.  The portal system does not display your password to us at any time.

Tax Organizers:

  • PDF version of your organizer - will be uploaded automatically to each client's portal in December.  Just print it out, write in your info, and bring the organizer to your appointment

  • Paper copy of organizers - will automatically be mailed in late December to returning clients who declined portals last year

  • Interactive E-Organizer - If you'd like to request the Interactive E-Organizer, please send an EMAIL REQUEST FOR AN E-ORG or call our office at 800.471.0045. 

NOTE: Interactive e-organizers are sent from the tax software directly.  The sender's email is "eorganizer@lscsoft.com" Some email servers send it to your Junk or Spam folder. 

NOTE: The password to use the Interactive E-Organizer is explained in the text of the email you will receive.  When you are finished completing the E-Organizer, the software provides you with an option to save and to send it directly back to us.

IMPORTANT: IT DOES NOT WORK ON MACs; it only works on PCs.

  • Tax organizers can NOT be emailed due to data security regulations of the State of Massachusetts.
