Step 2: You
will receive an email with a specific date and time for an
appointment that we are holding for you.
Step 3: You
must respond to the email or call our office at (800) 471.0045 to confirm the appointment.
PLEASE NOTE:
If we do not hear back from you within 48
hours, your appointment request will no longer be held for you.
If the appointment you are assigned doesn't meet your
needs, please call the office to review availability by
phone at (800) 471-0045.
ORGANIZER FORMAT REQUEST FORM
We're happy to offer our RETURNING CLIENTS several options to receive
their Tax Organizer Kit in January.
Please complete the online form
to let us know what format you'd like your organizer sent to you in.
This year, we offer:
- Downloadable PDF (non-interactive) through our secure FTP server
- Interactive E-Organizer (*Does NOT work on MACs)
- Mail a hard copy by snail mail
- Decline receiving a Tax Organizer in advance of your appointment
* Please note - we suppress all social security numbers from being
reflected on any organizer.
* Depending upon your selection, we will send you passwords and log-in
info securely in January.
